Dave McKenna is the Senior Image Consultant at NHC.  He has been an NHC client since 1985 and joined the company in 1989. Dave received his degree in Finance at Arizona State University. He joined NHC after graduating from ASU and to date has helped thousands of men and women with hair loss. Dave is a national educator in the hair restoration industry and regularly attends the ISHRS scientific meetings, AHLC and Transitions industry conferences on behalf of NHC. Dave speaks from his personal experience having solved his own hair loss challenges with both non-surgical and surgical procedures himself.

Sean Dirodis has been an Image Consultant and Customer Service Manager since 1998 and started as a client at NHC. With over 25 years of customer service experience, Sean specializes in addressing and overseeing concerns of clients to resolution.

Angelic Ezzell has been a Hair Restoration Technician at NHC since 2006.  She earned a degree in Cosmetology at Empire Beauty College. Angelic specializes in Virtual Reality, razor cutting, in addition to being a skilled stylist. She is known for her larger than life personality and can always be found providing results that give her NHC clients something to smile about.

Audria has had her cosmetology license for 11 years. In 2009 she received her Keratin Complex Certification and her Brazilian Blowout Certification. Audria has earned an AA in business from Glendale Community College and is currently pursuing a BA in education. Audria is also a Certified Cosmetology Instructor. She specializes in cutting hair and hair color.What Audria likes best about her job here at NHC is having the opportunity to make clients feel good about themselves.

De Stillwell has been a Hair Restoration Technician at NHC since 2006 and brings a remarkable 40+ years of experience in Cosmetology. De is a former business owner and make-up artist for commercial productions. She brings a unique combination of experience and innovation to hair restoration for her clients at NHC.

Heather is a Hair Restoration Technician. Heather loves her job. It gives her the opportunity to truly help people. Helping people has been a special focus for Heather. Before joining the NHC team, she studied psychology at Glendale Community College and ASU/West. She has been in hair care for over three years. Among her specialties are: hair extensions, Keratin Blow-outs, cuts, and color.

Jason Jofar has been a skilled Hair Restoration Technician at NHC since 2000. He earned his Cosmetology degree and Associate Arts Degree from Scottsdale Community College. Jason’s goal is to build strong relationships with his clients while providing life-changing results.

Molly Amundson has been a Hair Restoration Technician at NHC since 1986. She received a license in cosmetology from Horst Cosmetology School.  Molly’s favorite contribution is to have an upbeat and energetic attitude and create stylish haircuts to make clients look their best.

Sarah Diaz has been a Hair Restoration Technician at NHC since 2001. She earned her cosmetology license at Maricopa Beauty College.  Sarah specializes in razor cutting, color, highlights and making people look great.  She takes pride in her ability to make NHC clients laugh and smile.

Suzanne Francis
Suzanne Francis has been a Hair Restoration Technician at NHC since 1981 and brings decades of innovation and experience in the industry. She earned a degree in Cosmetology at Trendsetters Academy in Honolulu Hawaii, and specializes in hair addition and design. Suzanne is inspired most by the transformations she sees in the lives of her clients.

Fonda Reis has been the Laser Center and Hair Transplant Coordinator at NHC since 2010. She earned her cosmetology license from the Professional Cosmetology Institute. Fonda specializes the analysis, diagnosis and treatment of advanced hair thinning, hair loss and scalp disorders.  She coordinates and performs the laser hair therapy and high frequency treatments. Fonda loves to help NHC clients discover the remarkable ways to combat their hair loss and witness their results.

Cheryl Coker is the Front Desk Coordinator and has been with NHC since 2000. She specializes in customer service and is in charge of finding the right stylist that perfectly compliments each client’s specific needs. Cheryl loves seeing the excitement on each client’s face after they have received their hair restoration at NHC.

Jason has been the Marketing Assistant at NHC since 2003 and is in charge of creative design, computer support, database management and photography. He is also a skilled videographer at NHC and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Technology Management at the University of Northern Arizona. Jason creates the brand image for NHC and is dedicated to making everyone at NHC look good.

Jay Zimmerman is the Teeth Whitening Expert and Cashier at NHC and is a current student at Arizona State University, majoring in Business with a minor in Communications. Jay has been with NHC since 2004 and specializes in teeth whitening; customer service; scheduling appointments and making clients feel welcome. His favorite thing at NHC is meeting all the amazing people who walk through the doors and forming a relationship with each one of them. The family tradition continues.

Rachel Garcia has been a cashier and massage therapist at NHC since 2009. She earned a massage license in 2006 from The Arizona School of Massage Therapy and has many years of customer service experience. She loves interacting with the clients and making sure they leave refreshed and renewed.

Sarah Villaverde has been the Executive Assistant to Lisa Zimmerman at NHC since 2008. She graduated from ASU in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. Sarah is also a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). She is committed to helping Lisa and the team at NHC succeed,  while keeping Lisa thoroughly organized along the way.

Sharon Hunnicutt has been the Bookkeeper and Human Resources Coordinator at NHC since 1999. She earned an Associate’s degree in Science and majored in Accounting at Arizona State University. She loves interacting with the NHC team and keeping the records straight and the books balanced.

Eva Lucarelli is the Medical Hair Loss Specialist at NHC. Her career serving the medical industry spans more than two decades, with the last ten years at NHC. Prior to her new position, Eva worked as an Image Consultant for NHC. Eva now works closely with doctors and hospitals to help them and their patients better understand the medical causes for hair loss and the solutions available to address the various types of hair loss.
