Tammy worked as the National Hair Centers Surgery and Laser Coordinator for 7 years. She assisted patients with pre and post op procedures. Tammy has helped many men and women with their hair loss challenges. Her knowledge in customer service has proved to be a valuable asset. Tammy has moved into the role of Image Consultant, specializing in Non-surgical systems, primarily for women. Her ability to relate to the hair loss issues women face helps the customer understand the causes of their hair loss. Tammy is a strong client advocate and truly enjoys making them look their best..


How and when did you get started at National Hair Centers?


14 years – I started on the hair transplant side of the company and when Sean and Gene purchased the company I moved over to the non-surgical side.


How many years do you have as a consultant in the hair loss industry?


I’ve been a consultant in this industry for 14 years.


What do you love most about what you do?


I love helping men and women with hair loss. It is so rewarding to have a client that feels like they have their hair back again.


What kinds of options are out there for women with a thinning crown?


We offer LLT therapy for someone that is starting to lose their hair. We can design a system for them to cover the area of their loss. It mainly depends on what they are a good candidate for and what they would like to do.


How do men and women differ when it comes to hair loss?


A lot of men have male pattern baldness that kind of looks like a horseshoe, where as women tend to have hair loss throughout. There are a wide variety of reasons men/women can experience hair loss. Genetics, stress, medical issues, etc. I advise everyone I see to get some bloodwork done if they haven’t in the last year. They may have hormone issues, thyroid issues, etc. that can give them some answers as to why they are experiencing hair loss.


What kinds of results have you seen with your clients after they’ve had their first cut-in? How do they feel?


When a client gets their first system it’s life-changing! A lot of clients wish that they would have done it much sooner.
